Central planning core
One system. Many signals. Human authority.
AXIS is being designed as a coordinated reasoning layer where evidence, memory, research, risk, permissions, and decision records can converge around one inspectable planning process.
Intentional movement
Sensitive information should move because a human decision permits it—not because a system can.
Explicit boundaries
Classification, role, purpose, and destination must be legible before information crosses a boundary.
Inspectable authority
Permissions and decision records should make responsibility visible instead of obscuring it.

Classification model
Five proposed domains of knowledge.
The AXIS architecture is being designed around explicit classification. The model below describes the intended handling logic; it should not be read as a claim that every tier is already enforced in the public product.
Public knowledge intended to move without special restriction.
Everyday working material with standard protections.
Internal material whose sharing is constrained by policy and role.
Highly restricted material designed for deliberate, authenticated access and export.
Highest-sensitivity institutional material requiring explicit authorization and accountable handling.
Boundaries
Where knowledge stops
The Gateway
Nothing leaves directly. Every export passes through policy, permission, and — where it matters — authentication.
AI Data Boundary
External models see only the minimum necessary context. The most sensitive work never has to leave.
Vault Mode
Some knowledge is view-only by design. What leaves the vault leaves on the record.
The Sovereign Gateway
Try it yourself
Classify the document. Attempt to move it. Watch the Gateway decide — and the audit trail record every step. This is the reasoning OS in miniature.

Audit Trail
This is a live demo. In the real AXIS workspace, the audit trail is persistent, cryptographically signed, and reviewable by the Builder.
Constitutional Principle 01
“Information moves intentionally,
never accidentally.”
Builder Digital Rights
The Builder's terms
Everyone who works inside AXIS is a Builder — and every Builder holds the same six rights, by design.
Ownership
The Builder owns their information.
Control
The Builder decides how it is shared.
Portability
The Builder can take their data with them.
Transparency
The Builder sees how their information is used.
Deletion
The Builder can remove what they own.
Privacy
Nothing is used beyond the permissions granted.
AXIS Cosmos™
[Sealed]Ancient wisdom. Modern reflection.
Not everyone thinks the same way. Cosmos lets each Builder choose the lenses they reflect through — psychology, philosophy, strengths, purpose, and older traditions for those who value them. AXIS always tells you which kind of guidance you are looking at.
